Hello,
we are happy to announce the updated version of our Scope application.

What it does:
- Reads and samples the analogue Line-In (pin 26) of the dock connector.
- If you have a Touchmods Mic then visualizes your voice or the music in your room
- If you dont, it can still visualize the source you connect to the Line-In pin
- The video is roughly with 3 updates per sec (can be much faster, but we save your battery
- Demonstrates arbitrary audio sampl-erate: (recently 16 kHz but could be up to 96kHz!!)
- Demonstrates the usage of alertShets (hosting a Stop and a non-active FFT button)
Future plans:
1. storing file based on the date and time string (easy 2 solve)
2. allowing zoom in/out in time and amplittude (requires nice buttons)
3. FFT, Spectrum analyser (requires the Analyser code we posted on may)
4. Limit counter (simple)
Important Notes:
1. Works with Touch, checked only on a OS-X 113 iPod Touch
2. on an iPhone it gives a “attempting to rehabilitate audio…” message, as the iPhone mic is not suported (yet)
3. it writes an empty wave-file in the /var/mobile/ directory, so probably will not work on OS 112 and older.
This new version will be available on our repository in the following hours.
Nice weekend!
Your Touchmods Team
