A Little (More) Magic- Part II
After Cyrille offered to collect info on the BT hack, Uphi was posting some weeks ago, we decided to rewrite the “A Little (More) Magic” post to our Wiki, so that it looks more as a tutorial.

Of course, it may still happen that the howTo is not easy to understand, or some detail is missing. We would like to ask everybody: do not be lazy, and give us a feedback through the comments below in all cases: if you made the mod, if you feel something is missing, or: if you have some more info related to this mod.
The best hackers: pls make a video in case you have some extra time. But when putting it onto youtube (or any other channel) do not forget to add the keyword: “touchmods, bluetooth headset, pairing” so that people easily find it online. We will link your video from our Wiki and Blog.
Happy hacking!
@Cyrille: pls use this page to create the other tutorial.

Why go thru all this when the iMuff BT and headset works RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX ? I have used it on both the iPod touch and iPhone for MONTHS now with NO problems. Also the Jabra BT adapter ($15.00) works fine on the Touch with NO MODS. You do need a BT headset also. The model # is A125s Jabra BT adapter. BOTH adapters have the 30 pin connector so NO mods required. No pairing is required also.
I have been busy lately ( a forest fire 15 miles from my house) here in NM (Trigo Fire). I provide high speed internet (UpHi.net) to the 800 firefighters that are in town. Had to put up a 50′ tower for them.

Thanks for the info on the iMuff. I’ve been thinking of it and your endosement won me over. I ordered the 210 doggle & BT headset combo. Can’t wait to try it with the latest skype app on my God Pod. Ya gotta love the touch.

Hi Earl:
I have the Jabra A125s and stereo headset with mic (not Jabra). The headset works great except the mic does not work. Is there any settings or do you have to buy Jabra headset if so what is the model number.
Thanks
